This penthouse apartment was spacious, modern and beautiful. The amenities were exceptional with 3 beautiful pools, tennis courts, gym, restaurant and a convenience store. The beach a 3 minute walk, very quiet but close to several resorts with access to beach activities like jet skiing. Our family really enjoyed the terrace for outdoor dining and lounging with views of the marina and ocean. Only note is that the bunk beds room is not connected to the main living area and only accessible from the terrace. We loved our stay and plan to visit again.

Our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The property is even more beautiful than the photos—truly stunning. Everything was spotless, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The 360° views from the apartment are absolutely breathtaking. The facilities are top-notch—the beach is one of the most beautiful we’ve seen, and everything from the pool to the gardens is impeccably maintained. The kids club and gym were also fantastic and added so much to our experience. One note- the access to the bunk bed room is outside through the balcony- while still private and part of the apt if you have little kids might not be a good fit We had an amazing stay and are already planning our return!

Increíble experiencia. El departamento superó completamente nuestras expectativas: instalaciones espectaculares, todo en perfecto estado. Está muy bien equipado, no le falta nada, y la decoración es moderna, elegante y acogedora. La ubicación es inmejorable, literalmente a lado del mar, lo que hace que la vista y el ambiente sean inigualables. Perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar. Las áreas comunes del fraccionamiento (gym, supermercado, Starbucks) están muy prácticas. Sin duda, volveríamos sin pensarlo.

My wife and I and another couple stayed for six days at La Amada. The community itself was safe and super secure. High-tech security, made it easy to get in and move around with simple face recognition and parking electronic passes. The apartment itself was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. It was extremely clean. The amenities were all present as described. The beach was a short walk away and had ample shade. Basils the restaurant. Food was great there. Prices were reasonable in service was good. Carla was helpful in getting us checked in and responded to questions about the facilities as well as places we might find interesting to dine out at nearby. I would give this a 10 out of 10 for sure.

El departamento está espectacular , súper recomendable . El concepto de hospedarte y sentirte como en casa con la comodidad de tener todo : playa , alberca , restaurante , súper ; todo dentro del mismo complejo a unos pasos del departamento , es 10/10!. Si. Duda si está disponible las veces que estemos en Cancun esta sera nuestra opción . Y algo que sobresale también es la atención y comunicación con el anfitrión .

Una estancia de lujo, fuimos a una competencia, realmente pudimos tener ese apapacho del Caribe, la zona hermosa, salimos a correr, la tienda de los departamentos muy bien surtida, el trato de los anfitriones increíble siempre al pendiente y resolviendo nuestras necesidades, las amenidades buenísima, la playa divina, recomendado ampliamente 🤍

This is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment looks exactly as the pictures, very comfortable and peaceful. It has everything you need and more. The building has many amenities and easy access to a beach club. There's even a store in the building, so you don't even have to leave the complex. People are extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities are outstanding, the pool in the roof is warm and the view amazing. The beach club has a restaurant, lots of seating and access to kayaks and paddle boards, which was an unexpected added bonus. The beach area was clean and private, which was amazing for our kids to play. This is the kind of place that you can't wait to come back to. Thank you!

Superbe appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très spacieux. Un appartement de magazine ! L’environnement est parfait proche de la plage et les piscines sont très très biens. Super communication nous reviendrons les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci

Carla and Sebastian were excellent hosts! They helped us facilitate masseuses to the air bnb, great restaurant and Cenote recommendations and always responsive to our questions or needs. The beach is a short walk from the air bnb. We rented a car which turned out to be very helpful as the air bnb is not walkable to much other than the pool, beach, convenience store and one restaurant on site at the pool. Everything was very clean including the resort style grounds which was not crowded at all. We were able to get lounge chairs at the beach and pool without issue. If going as more than one couple, one thing to note is one bathroom is not attached to the 2nd bedroom. The main bedroom is attached and private. Thank you for a wonderful baby moon! We will fondly remember this trip!
