This is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment looks exactly as the pictures, very comfortable and peaceful. It has everything you need and more. The building has many amenities and easy access to a beach club. There's even a store in the building, so you don't even have to leave the complex. People are extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities are outstanding, the pool in the roof is warm and the view amazing. The beach club has a restaurant, lots of seating and access to kayaks and paddle boards, which was an unexpected added bonus. The beach area was clean and private, which was amazing for our kids to play. This is the kind of place that you can't wait to come back to. Thank you!

Superbe appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très spacieux. Un appartement de magazine ! L’environnement est parfait proche de la plage et les piscines sont très très biens. Super communication nous reviendrons les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci

Carla and Sebastian were excellent hosts! They helped us facilitate masseuses to the air bnb, great restaurant and Cenote recommendations and always responsive to our questions or needs. The beach is a short walk from the air bnb. We rented a car which turned out to be very helpful as the air bnb is not walkable to much other than the pool, beach, convenience store and one restaurant on site at the pool. Everything was very clean including the resort style grounds which was not crowded at all. We were able to get lounge chairs at the beach and pool without issue. If going as more than one couple, one thing to note is one bathroom is not attached to the 2nd bedroom. The main bedroom is attached and private. Thank you for a wonderful baby moon! We will fondly remember this trip!

Place is wonderful and beautiful. If you want a more peaceful feeling trip with a big giant beautiful room and a short 5 min walk to the beach this place if for you. It’s 4-15 dollar uber ride to town where all the good restaurants are. Ubers usually come within 5 minutes. The only down side is the place only had a thin blanket on bed and one extra sheet.

Excelente estadía en el apartamento. La residencia es un lugar muy tranquilo, lindo para poder disfrutar del paisaje y la playa. Recomiendo quedarse aqui si es importante desconectar, descansar del ritmo de la ciudad y disfrutar

Vacaciones perfectas de principio a fin!!! Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Desde el primer momento se percibe un lugar impecable, seguro y muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. El conjunto residencial está muy bien mantenido, con áreas comunes cuidadas y un ambiente de total calma y privacidad. Realmente ofrece la comodidad y tranquilidad que buscábamos para estas vacaciones. El departamento superó nuestras expectativas. Está tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, bien equipado, con acabados de muy buena calidad y todo funcionando perfectamente. Cada detalle está pensado para que la estancia sea cómoda y agradable. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de los hosts, quienes siempre estuvieron atentos y disponibles, asegurándose de que todo saliera perfecto durante nuestra estancia. El lugar es hermoso, un departamento impecable y muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Las amenities son increíbles y el restaurante de la playa es delicioso. Los hosts fueron muy amables y siempre respondieron a tiempo. Viajamos con nuestro bebé y al solicitar una cuna nos la proporcionaron sin problema. Además, nos ofrecieron opciones de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto, coordinadas por ellos, y el servicio incluía silla para bebé, lo cual fue un gran plus. Todo fue espectacular y sin duda nos encantaría volver.

Our stay at Residencial La Amada was fantastic! From booking, to check-in, to our stay, to continued communication…it was all seamless! The condo is exactly as pictured, it is bright, spacious & perfectly appointed. The views from the roof deck are incredible. The beach in front of Residencial La Amada is gorgeous... best beach we've seen in the Cancun area. You can walk north for miles. The beach club restaurant has a great menu, breakfast was our favorite…but all of the food was good & reasonably priced. I would definitely book Residencial La Amada again without hesitation! Thank You!

Great apartment, we have extended our stay and will return soon! Brand new, very clean and comfortable. High quality amenities and kitchen tools. Everything you need is available. A very beautiful and spacious house with stunning views. Our family loved every minute of it.
